I’m short: excellent!Beyond the detailed report, I was looking for a professional, honest, and confident opinion on whether the car was worth buying — and that’s exactly what I got.The mechanic (Ali, in my case) was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He clearly explained the issues with the car and took the time to answer all my questions.While, by contract, they can't officially tell you whether to buy the car or not — that decision is yours — Ali still shared his honest, professional opinion, highlighting both the strong and weak points of the vehicle.The report itself is good. While it's not super detailed in some hard-to-reach areas (since the inspection is done on-site), it still provides plenty of valuable information for you to evaluate the car properly.That said, there was one downside to the whole experience: the pricing.In my opinion, the pricing doesn't reflect the needs of individual customers and companies benefit. Take me, for example: in my search for a good used car, I’ll likely come across several vehicles that I’d want inspected. But at nearly $250 each time, it’s just not feasible to repeat that process multiple times. So while I’m really happy with the service, I do have serious doubts about booking the next one.I still need at least one more PPI — maybe more 🤞 — but I’ll probably have to look for a service that’s more affordable for repeated use across multiple cars.And that's the only reason for 4 starsCheers!
