During this difficult and uncertain period, instaMek is still operating and providing all our services to anyone who needs it. However, we are taking precautions for the safety of our technicians and our customers.
Here is a summary of the changes we are making:
- We request the technicians and customers keep their distance. You don’t even have to see or interact with the MEK. You can leave your key in a safe place and we will take it from there.
- Our technicians will disinfect the interior of the vehicle after they’re done.
- Our technicians are wearing all their PPE while working on your car.
- Our technicians are not allowed to work if they show any symptoms at all.
We understand this is a difficult time for most people including ourselves and thus we are taking these precautions to do our part to flatten the curve yet still provide an essential service.
We are doing our best to help out anyone in healthcare, over 50, or others working essential services by offering them free inspections and discounts on repairs. If you’re in this group and under hard times please let us know and we will be happy to help!
